  • Where can I buy Tether Tools gear?
    Tether Tools gear is available in many retail camera shops internationally. To find the one closest to you, check out our Store Locator
  • How much will it cost to ship my order?
    Once items and quantities desired are in your shopping cart, you can determine your shipping charges by clicking on the Calculate Shipping link on the shopping cart page.
  • Do you offer expedited shipping options?
    We do have expedited shipping options available via FedEx 2day or FedEx overnight options
  • How fast is FedEx Shipping?
    FedEx Ground delivers within 1 to 5 business days based on the distance to the destination (delivery to Alaska and Hawaii in 3 to 7 business days). FedEx International Economy delivers within 5 to 7 business days. Expedited services are available with FedEx 2day or FedEx Overnight. Typically orders placed by 2pm MST are shipped the same day.
  • How fast is USPS Postal International?
    USPS Postal 1st Class can take up to 30 business days or longer (Monday-Friday excluding holidays and weekends) for delivery. This timeframe does not including any possible Customs delays. First Class mail service does not provide true shipment tracking. Once the shipment leaves the U.S. it may not update. At that point the number is used to reference any Customs issues. USPS Priority is not a guaranteed delivery time service. The estimated shipping time is 6-10 business days but various based on country. This timeframe does not including any possible Customs delays. USPS Tracking number provided.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    You can cancel your order providing it hasn’t yet entered the shipping process. If the item has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See Return policy.
  • What is the status of my order? Has my order shipped yet?

  • Do you ship to my location?

  • How do I return/exchange products I have purchased?
