Case Air Wireless Tethering System Celebrates One-Year Milestone
What a wild first year it’s been for the Case Air Wireless Tethering System from Tether Tools!  The small, but mighty gadget made quite a splash with photographers and opened up workflows not previously possible with traditional tethered photography.   Tether Tools Pro Scott Kelby took it on the field for pre-game of an Atlanta Falcons game and said, “The Case Air is super lightweight; it’s very cleverly designed, and all connects in seconds.” See Scott’s shoot with the Case Air here.   Nick Pecori of FStoppers reviewed the Case Air writing, “Much to my surprise, the Case Air proved me wrong and kicked ass.” Read the full review here.   Nikon Pro Brad Olson put the Case Air to the test on a fashion shoot writing about the Case Air, “The Case Air provides the important benefits of tethering, but in a much less restrictive and portable way.”  See Brad’s shoot with the Case Air here.   Photographers Daniel Norton and Daniel Norton and Seth Miranda created stunning portraits with using a remote, hanging camera tethered wirelessly to an iPad using the Case Air. See their shoot with the Case Air here.   John David Pittman took us behind-the-scenes on a portrait shoot in a How I Got the Shot article as he shot tethered to an iPad using the Case Air Wireless Tethering System. See JD’s shoot with the Case Air here.     Over the last year, Tether Tools has worked hard to continually improve the Case Air and its companion app, Case Remote. Both the device and app have received several bug fixes, performance updates, and we’ve added features such as the ability to exclude RAW transfers when shooting JPG+RAW. If you haven’t had a chance to cut the cord and shoot tethered wirelessly with the Case Air it’s time! Check it out now at www.tethertools.com/caseair.
