We stand behind all of our products. We build our products with only the finest materials and they will last. Used for its intended purpose, we stand behind our Tether Table Aero Series, Vu Monitor Mounts and Connects for as long as you use it with our lifetime warranty.
Tether Tools warrants all Tether Pro Cable products shall be free from any defects in material and workmanship. The warranty includes all Tether Pro Cables and Cases. If any defects are identified, products may be exchanged for the exact same new product by contacting customerservice@TetherTools.com within 90 days of purchase. Proof of purchase and an itemized receipt may required for exchange.
As the original owner, you can be sure we have you covered. If you have not yet registered your product, please take a moment to complete our product registration form. If you have any problems contact us at customerservice@TetherTools.com.
Return Policy
Our goals is to provide the highest quality tethering tools for photographers. Items purchased through an authorized dealer should be returned to the authorized dealer based on their return policy. If items were purchased directly from us you can return it, unused, within two weeks for a refund. Refunds will be issued once the product is received by our facility and inspected. Once opened, software, memory cards and data storage devices can not be returned. CamRanger units may be returned up to 30 days from date of purchase.
If you chose to return your purchase, shipping costs are your responsibility and a may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please download our RMA Form, complete and enclose with returned merchandise. If you have any questions please contact us at customerservice@TetherTools.com.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order providing it hasn’t yet entered the shipping process. If the item has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See Return policy.
Damaged / Missing Items Upon Delivery
Damaged in delivery: If you’ve found damage to the package or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately so we can issue a damage claim with carrier. Please do not return the merchandise without going through these steps, as it delays the replacement of the order or the issuance of a credit.
Missing items: All missing items claim must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, contact us to report a missing item from your shipment.
If the merchandise is damaged, please make the notation on the delivery manifest, and have the person delivering the merchandise sign as well. Contact us within 48 business hours to report the damage.
International Orders
Duties and Taxes
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country and brokerage fees / custom clearance charges which may be imposed by the carrier . These charges must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. In the event a shipment is refused and returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees , brokerage fees or shipping charges incurred from this return, will be the responsibility of the customer.
