I’m at my best while interacting with real people in real places, anticipating the moment and working (when possible) with available light. How did you get started with tethered photography?  About 10 years ago I was invited to join Adobe’s beta testing team for the first version of Lightroom. About two years later, around 2008 Adobe Lightroom added tethered shooting capabilities. I was doing a lot of architectural photography assignments at that time, and that single feature completely redefined my workflow. My dream gig would be…   To work on a video series with Anthony Bourdain. I have a pretty good understanding of how Zero Point Zero (Bourdain’s production company) works, but to be part of his team for a while would be amazing. My favorite piece of gear is… That’s a loaded question! I truly believe that each and every project offers different options and challenges. The key is to understand the tools at your disposal and what each tool can do for us. Most tools eventually become obsolete. Our ability to adapt and tell better stories will always be more important. My favorite piece of Tether Tools gear is…      Without a doubt, the Tether Table Aero System. Having a flat, safe surface for my laptop, external monitor, and lenses on set that only takes seconds to set up is simply invaluable. https://tethertools.com/product/aero-standard/ The best advice I can offer a fellow storyteller would be… I’ll paraphrase something by Ira Glass I read recently; “Don’t wait for permission to make something that’s interesting or amusing to you. Find a story idea, start making it, give yourself a deadline. Don’t wait for anything. Begin now.” EduardoAngelVisuals_BTS_005 Connect with Eduardo: Blog: https://www.eduardoangel.com Videos: https://www.thedigitaldistillery.com/ Photography: https://eduardoangel.photoshelter.com/#!/index Twitter: https://twitter.com/EA_Photo Facebook: https://bit.ly/EAonFacebook YouTube Channel: https://bit.ly/EAonYouTube EduardoAngel_TetherToolsBTS_001 (1)
